The terms governing engagements with Unilakes Dubai, the UAE & GCC regional office of Unilakes Technologies Pty Ltd.
These terms apply to all services delivered by Unilakes Dubai, operating as the regional office of Unilakes Technologies Pty Ltd (Kalgoorlie, Western Australia) for the United Arab Emirates and wider GCC region. Specific engagements are additionally governed by their own signed scope of work or service agreement.
Services are delivered across the eight capability layers described throughout this site: Digital Foundation, Growth Systems, AI & Automation, Data & Analytics, Portals & Platforms, Managed Transformation, Network & Connectivity, and Cloud, Security & Managed IT. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for any engagement are defined in a separate proposal or statement of work.
As a regional office within the Unilakes Group, some engagements may draw on infrastructure, engineering capacity, or specialist teams from Unilakes Technologies Pty Ltd or other regional offices. This does not change the commercial relationship, which remains with Unilakes Dubai for GCC-based clients.
Payment terms are specified per engagement in the applicable proposal or contract. Standard terms, unless otherwise agreed in writing, follow the payment schedule set out at proposal stage.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, custom deliverables built specifically for a client become the client's property upon full payment. Underlying platforms, frameworks, and reusable IP (including Edlakes, Unilakes LMS, and other Group products) remain the property of Unilakes Technologies Pty Ltd and its regional offices.
Unilakes Dubai's liability for any engagement is limited as set out in the applicable signed agreement. Nothing in these terms limits liability where such limitation is not permitted under applicable UAE law.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates for engagements delivered by Unilakes Dubai, without prejudice to Group-wide policies set by Unilakes Technologies Pty Ltd.
